Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 feb 2013La posizione è stupenda in quanto si trova direttamente di fronte a Central Park. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa. Per la colazione è meglio premurarsi che sia già pagata o meno altrimenti viene addebitata sulla camera e poi bisogna spiegare che era già pagata. Attenzione al frigo bar, ogni tanto caricano sul conto consumazioni non fatte. Nel nostro caso, dopo una breve spiegazione, hanno provveduto immediatamente a cancellarla dal conto finale e senza fare troppe storie. Il personale è stato gentile a parte qualche cameriere un po scorbutico durante la colazione ma con il quale abbiamo subito chiarito, parlando noi un buon inglese.

At check in the associate, took a phone call, that's rude. I stood waiting for my key while he talked with a co-worker who was calling in late. I booked the room for a work associate for business purposes. He stated the bathrooms were substandard and the room smelled bad, (granted he was a smoker in was staying in a smoking room). We have stayed here on several occasions because of logistics with family. Easy access to major roads. Stayed during the New Year holiday and was impressed with how quiet it was for most of the time. Had some noisey neighbors New Years Eve, but not enough to call the management. Has a great continental breakfast although is getting limited with the […] items provided. "Decent room, not worth the money!"
The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be for work, but the room was dingy. For the first time in my life, I had to actually request to be switched into a new room, because my original one smelled terribly of smoke. I actually posed my question to the front desk like this: "So, I was wondering if you put me into a smoking room on accident?"... […] of course, they said it was a regular room, so I asked to be switched out. They put me in a room one floor down, and it was in better shape overall, and the only thing was the strong smell of citrus cleaner, which honestly, is better than smoke. The room walls were paper thin and I seemed to be surrounded by the multiple rooms of the people. Very good hotel, and nice breakfast in provided in the sports bar attached to the hotel. Locality is safe and good. Parking might be a constraint, and you might have to park in the back. But overall safe location. Rooms are a bit old, they dont seem to have upgraded to LCD TVs, still have the conventional TVs. But no major complaints about the stay. Having lived in the area for years and now traveling back for business I'd been by this hotel many times. It's in a great Morris County location. Very convenient to Morris Town, Short Hills, I-80 etc. Next to a couple of decent chain restaurants and Target with a grocery store. Best price for the neighborhood as near as I can tell. Well lit parking […] lot felt safe to walk through at night. The staff was friendly. Room livable. Lobby is in OK shape, making your way into the hotel it goes downhill. Room was in need of a facelift with stains, scratches and broken trim here and there. That said it was comfortable enough. Wouldn't book a vacation here but it's fine for a business trip. I am a business traveller and usually stay in slightly better hotels. This trip was just after hurricane Sandy and rooms were almost impossible to find, so I ended up in this hotel. Most hotels I stay in no longer allow smoking, so I was dreading this one which allows it. My fears were somewhat valid as the common areas all had a smoke odor. The facilities were a little worn, but the houskeeping staff and maintenance staff seemed to do a good job of keeping up the place. "Just OK"
The Ramada served its purpose - a place to sleep. My issue was when I walked in to the room, I was overwhelmed by the odor of the cleaning solution used in the room. Halls had a funky odor too. TV channels available were quite limited, not a flat screen TV in the room, and the remote didn't work (which they did take care of quickly). I would not stay there again. The carpeting was stained and dirty and the finish was peeling off of the bathroom door. The fixtures and chipped furniture should have been replaced years ago.The business center only has one computerRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Hotel and furnishings are very dated. Booked non-smoking rooms but two travellers had to change rooms (one twice) in order to get a non-smoking room. Toilet plunger in one room did not work properly. Complimentary breakfast adequate.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

My stay was OK except for excessive noise from the adjoining rooms. The alarm went off in the room next to me and although I notified the fron desk it took them a half hour to turn it off.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
