"Xmas markets"
It started badly and got worse from there. There was no lift from the basement car park so had to struggle with kids and suitcases up horrible stairs. I ordered a Gluwein which took more than 20 mins to appear. When I asked about breakfast as I was told they 'were not sure when it was open'. When I wanted directions to the markets I was told to go […] outside turn left and look for them. .... they were not there. The hotel room was terrible with paint falling from the ceiling (and some peelings on the floor too). The shower was pathetic .... it wasn't cold but that was its only redeeming feature. The TV was rip-off pricing for a movie. The 2 beds I'd requested for my kids were dreadful and my son banged his leg and his head on the ends. Most dissapointing was the very expensive swim we had as a family which was included in the price when we booked but not when we got there meaning I paid more than E30 Euros just to get the kids in the pool for 15 mins. Breakfast was average and at E23 a head was just adding insult to injury. Don't forget the hugely expensive parking too. Awful hotel. Never coming back and will be telling everyone I can think of to stay well clear. Continua a leggere

The forth floor room we stayed needed a window glass repaired. It becomes dim and unpleasant.

A bit dated. No wifi in rooms. No free WIFI in lobby. Paid a lot..(perhaps because visited during a major convention)

"Got a Bargain, but at regular price its not worth"
The hotel is impressive, the spa Wow! You have to pay 15 euros for the use of the pool, but great. I got a great deal of price for the nights, but the bathrooms were tiny and my wash bsin did not work, repored t but they did not do anything about it. it was horrible because i could not wash my hands nor brush my teeth it was full of water. I got a tiny […] room and an enormous suite because i was traveling with my children and needed a triple room. the Stay was very nice but just because I payed very cheap for it. "Rip Off Hotel - bad value for Money"
I travel all around the world and spend at least 50 nights a year at various hotels around the USA, Europe, Middle East and ocassionaly Aisa. I normally stay in 4 start Hotels but maybe 20% 5 star. I have stayed in all the international chains and sometimes family run hotels too. This place is a nasty experience for the business traveller. They charged […] me 30 Euro for 24hrs internet access and even though I was a hotel guest they charged 15 Euro to use the health club. There are start hotels nearby which copare favourably to this hotel that I will be returning to on my next trip to Dusseldorf. The staff were ok but the hotel is a typical 4 start hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. There is nothing about the leisure club that should entitle them to charge guests additional fees to use it. It's nice but not that nice. And the Wi-Fi is a joke its cheaper to sign up with a mobile operator and pay them instead. Initially I though of this Hotel as the Ryanair of the Hotel industry but at least Ryanair don't pretend to be anything they are not! Continua a leggere
"old school hotel"
This was certainly one of the most chic hotels when it was constructed some 20-30 years ago. Since then a lot of things have changed except the interior of the hotel... Value for money wise it is good, but if you are looking for everything not to seem too fragile this is not your hotel.

日系ホテルだと安心していたのですが、アメニティーも不十分。部屋の老朽化しており、他のお客さんへのホテルスタッフの対応を見ていていたのですが残念でした。しかしそれ相応のお値段で、とても安かったので期待しなければ◎日航ってこんなホテルでしたっけ？

Das Hotel scheint auf den ersten Blick optimal; wählt man die Deluxe Option sind WLAN und Wellness inklusive. Bei der Anreise kannte jedoch niemand das Angebot und wir mussten für den Wellnesseintritt kämpfen. Das WLAN war zudem schlecht: langsam, jede 2min musste man neu einloggen (Fehler trat mit verschiedenen Geräten auf) und es war nicht möglich […] mehrere Geräte parallel zu nutzen. "Hotel Nikko"
Check-inから長時間並び、receptionの対応もかつての日航ホテルの「おもてなし」は感じられない。 でてきた「おしぼり」も冷えていてただroutineとして出しているだけ。 往時を偲ぶのは愚かなこととは思ってもやはり落ちたなと思わざるを得ない。

3月に子供2人をふくめた家族４人で利用しました。チェックイン時に子供用のエクストラ・ベビーベッドも設置済みでした。日本語を話すスタッフも多いですが、全員ではないので、フロントに日本語が話せない人だけの時もあります。日系ですが日本のホテルではないので当然ですが(^^;。街中に位置するためか、部屋はあまり広くありません。ベッドもビジネスホテルのような感じで欧米のホテルよりも日本のホテルの印象です。その分街へのアクセスは良く、買い物にも便利です。高級ホテルではありませんが、部屋も清潔でしたし価格からして納得のホテルです。

je verwacht toch dat voor zo'n hotel, gezien de prijs ,het zwembad toch gratis is. Met het ontbijt en 1x zwemmen komt er nog € 96,00 bij!

"サービスを改善して欲しい"
15年ほど前に比べ、いろいろな面で質が落ちている。なによりもサービスが低下した。 ・直接日本から着いたため、ひと寝入りしようとしたところ、清掃員が廊下で大声で話しており、夕方まで続いていた。従業員に対する教育が悪いとしか言いようがない。・夕方外出する前にひと風呂浴びようとしたところ、信じられないことに、風呂の栓が欠けていた。フロントに電話しても対応が遅く、45分後に再び電話で催促した。 ・日本から持ってきた一冊の雑誌をベルリンの友人に送ろうとしたところ、フロントではそのようなサービスはない、郵便局へ行けのこと。きちんと包装する材料ももらえなかったので、A４版の封筒で包装した。重量さえ量れないとのこと。ドイツ生活はある程度まで慣れているので、自分で郵便局に持っていったが、慣れない旅行者なら困っ […] たことと思う。それにしても、雑誌の角が傷んだのではないかと心配だ。 以上、個々の従業員の問題ではなく、システムとして改善を望む。 Continua a leggere

"Slitt Japansk topphotel"
Hotellet lever ikke opp til standarden, eller er verd prisen de tar for rommene. Det er slitt og mangler oppussing. Det finnes et svømmebasseng og et mini gym, men det må alle betale 15 euro pr dag for å bruke, ikke verd det. Det var siste gang her!

"Ett halvjapanskt affärshotell"
Hotellet ingår i den japanska kedjan med samma namn, och gav ett lite småmärkligt blandat intryck av tyskt och japanskt. Fick ett rum mot gården så det var exemplariskt lugnt och tyst på natten. Lite snobbig och högdragen personal och stämning dock. Bra läge om man kommer med tåget, bara 150 meter från Düsseldorf Haubtbanhof, mitt i de japanska kv […] arteren. Continua a leggere

"Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet"
Das Restaurant liegt in der grossen Halle und könnte nicht ungemütlicher sein, die Umgebung gibt auch kein angemessenes Restaurant her: Bahnhofskneipen liegen dort vor allem. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren super-klein, im Bad roch es schlecht, da funktioniert die Lüftung wohl nicht korrekt. Sauna und Schwimmbad waren schön mit tollem Ausblick über die […] Stadt, aber in den Ecken der schwarze Schimmel schlecht mit Silikon kaschiert, der Brauseschlauch abgeknickt.. nicht sehr liebevoll und ansprechend. ホテル日航（nikko)という名前なのに 日本人がフロントにいないのはおかしなことだと思います。 昔から使っているからいいけど 初めての個人日本人宿泊者は戸惑うのではないでしょうか

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i byen, og samtidig var der fuldstændig ro på værelset, hvilket er en sjældenhed på hoteller i centrum af storbyer. Service var fin. Værelserne bærer præg af lettere slid, og er ikke specielt hyggelige, men dog rene og OK komfortabel seng. Minibaren virkede/ kølede ikke, men blev venligt krediteret de drinks, vi havde taget. Dårlig service, dårlig beliggenhet, IKKE et 5 stjerners Hotel.
Hotel Nikko ligger sentralt til med gåavstand til togstasjonen og til gamlebyen. Hotellet ligger i "Chinatown" med gode sushisteder i nærheten. Alt som er ekstra koster "flesk". Bruk av svømmebassenget/SPA var 15 €, bruk av internett 30 min var 10€, og frokost var 21€. Frokosten var vel og merke veldig bra, men du kan få en hel middag med vin for den […] prisen i gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Det eneste som trekke ned er at det var alt for varmt på rommet ,dette ble ikke utbedret til tross for flere henvendelser til personalet. Et annet minus er prisen på bruk av poolen dette burde vært i prisen for gjestene.

Отдыхали семьей с одним ребенком 3 дня. Отель отлично раположен, близко центральный вокзал, метро, центр города. Завтрак отличный, ресторан красивый, бар удобный, бани и бассейн очень уютные. Оборудование номера старое, сантехника старая, но все это компенсируется низкой ценой проживания. Автобус в аэропорт Веце отправляется от остановки, расположенной […] в 400 метрах от отеля.
