Hotel was good for what we needed. Only problem was the front desk person who checked us in was obviously not in a good mood or happy to see us.

loved the layout of this hotel - doors were off main hall so noise of other guests walking past room was non-existent. Breakfast was included and nicer than some breakfast buffets that are extra in other hotels

"Comfort Inn - met our needs"
It met our needs but nothing spectacular. When looking to make sure there weren't any bed bugs we found lots of stains on the mattress pad and blood on the pillows but most importantly we didn't see any bed bugs. The towels were very nice and soft.

The hotel, located right off I-65, provides a good value with clean rooms, updated appearance and close proximity to several restaurants. The only negative is that the GPS mis-directed us to a different location. The hotel is aware of this and has been trying to get this fixed. spent the weekend in nearby Nashville,IN. but rates around there were all "Jacked" up because of tourist season starting, so we booked in Columbus,IN. rates were still a little high but hotel was very clean, comfortable, and staff was very pleasant.had room on 3rd floor overlooking breakfast lounge and when we went for breakfast we would never had guessed […] there was 20+ people there already. never heard a thing.Breakfast staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people would be the only setback to our stay. would definitely stay again. "Comfort Inn in Columbus, IN"
Our hotel was great. We got into our room to find that we had a full size fridge, a microwave, stove top, sink and dishwasher along with a tv, couch and bed. It was a very clean room and were give privacy when asked. It was right of 65 with lots of stores and resturantes around it.

"Comfort Inn Close to various areas of interest"
This hotel was a convenient location to visit Nashville, IN, The Outlet Mall in Edinburgh, the casino near Shelbyville, and the historic sites of Columbus. There are also several wineries in the area. We had an enjoyable weekend touring the area.

"Very Nice Hotel with Nice Amenities, but..."
The hotel is a great quality for the price. I loved having the extended stay kitchen. They provided everything necessary to cook (besides the food)for a long business trip. The breakfast is convienent and healthy, and the cleaning staff is wonderful...they go above and beyond. I did have a problem receiving wake up calls and was late a number of times […] to events. The hotel would be smart to fix the problem or add alarm clocks as a room feature. The manager did assure that the problem would be taken care of upon complaint. She was incredibly professional and I assume she will take care of the problem. Thank you for a great stay overall! Continua a leggere
