La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

We've stayed at Ritz Hotels in Florida, Virginia, California, Cayman Islands, New York and Colorado. We are always treated well with superior service. New York is quite pricey but we took advantage of a summer 3 nights for 2 rate. Room was better than expected with partial Park view. Maid service was discrete and non intrusive... we like to sleep […] late. On departure day we were allowed a few extra hours in our room as we had a late in day plane. "noise in neighboring rooms"
the Ritz is an exceptional hotel except for the riot that occurred in the room above us at midnight including the noise of room furniture that kept us awake. Only after a second call to the front desk after I heard a truely frightening woman's screem was there any response from the hotel to stop the noise. I guess this can occur anywhere but to have […] to make two calls to the front desk when there clearly a significant occurence happening is not acceptable. I am not sure we will stay there again. "Unless you're made of money....."
Obviously it's an amazing hotel, but for the price I was pretty bummed. I wanted to take my wife out to a nice place while in NYC and she loved the hotel but to me some things just didn't seem right. They charged me for parking for one. You'd think that when spending that much money on a hotel they could throw in the parking. I requested a room that […] overlooked Central Park and I got a room that looked at the building right next to us. When confronted about these issues they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. The room was excellent despite the flaw of not being able to see anything other than the neighboring building. They even said to me as I checked in, "You're getting a room overlooking Central Park, correct?" So not sure what happened there. It was a nice hotel, my wife loved it, but I just expected more. "Good hotel but not worth the money"
The hotel was great in all aspects but it did leave me expecting more. With the price I paid I just thought there'd be more. Things not included in the near $1000 total of reservation were parking ($55), breakfast ($30+), or any meal for that matter. I wanted to take my wife out to NYC for a night before our return to Afghanistan and she loved it all, […] but I think for me as a guy, I was pretty disappointed. I know I could've stayed somewhere else for less and gotten free parking and a complimentary breakfast. "unsatisfied stay"
1. We arrived at your Hotel around 16:30 to check in. Although it was after check-in time, the room was not ready, so we were told to wait for 5 minutes. BUT we have been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. He should have told us that we have to wait over 30 minutes to get the room ready in advance. I wonder why he had to tell us an obvious lie; […] 5 minutes! Moreover, when we went to our room, our suitcase was not there. We have to wait another 15 minutes to have the suitcase and get changed. We have lost our precious shopping time. 2. On the second morning, we left a memo to the housekeeper to leave bottles of complementary water. But we found “Fiji” water (brand name of the water) on the night table which was printed as $12 on the bar list. We didn’t want to be charged for the water, so we asked her if we drink “Fiji” water what is going to be? She left a memo telling us that we are going to be charged for the water. (this caused us to buy water at the super market) Why did this happen? She just took out the “Fiji” water from the fridge and put it on the night table. 3. On the third night, as we came back to our room around 7:00, there was no water on the night table. So, we called the house keeping to bring us a couple of bottles. BUT nobody came for over an hour. We had to call again. BUT, the result was the same. We called the house keeping 3 times and then the concierge twice. After all, the concierge himself brought them himself. We have to wait 2 hours for the water. I hope this was not done on purpose, 4. On the first day, we used the bathrobes, but they were taken away. We wanted to leave them. 5. We left a memo for the housekeeper to leave a bottle of conditioner, but she left a shampoo instead. She should be more careful about reading the guest’s memo. 6. The curtain of the shower booth should be placed inside the booth. I took a shower in an ordinary way, but the bathroom floor got awfully wet. It took a lot of time to clean it up. el hotel es excelente lo unico que las ventanas de la habitacion dan a un hueco interno minimo para ser un hotel tan costoso la ubicacion de las habitaciones deberia ser otra
