The hotel is not "in the thick of things", but provides easy access to anywhere in Tokyo via Shinjuku Station. Particular plus is the fact it's one of the stops on the Airport Limousine bus. When tired and jet-lagged, it's such a luxury to be delivered to your door without effort. Yes, restaurants in the hotel are expensive, but you get what you pay […] for. The stay at the soulth tower was not pleasant as the noise from the next rooms was audible enough to disturb my sleep. Though I paid a higher amount for my stay compared to last year, the room was smalerl and more run down than the one in the main tower,

Keio Plaza Hotel is a good business hotel. It is close to Shinjuku Station and a fairly easy walk provided you know which direction to walk in. I mention this because it can be confusing to get your bearings when leaving the huge Shinjuku Station. Fortunately my girlfriend is like a homing pigeon so we (she) knew exactly which direction to go. The hotel […] is very big but the staff were helpful. We were in the South Tower (of two) and the carpet in the corridor outside our room and between room and lifts was pretty worn and tired looking. It could do with some attention. The room itself was comfortable but would improve with a small 2-seater sofa so each could watch TV. A large desk dominated the room, but it is regarded as a business hotel after all. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The airport bus worked well for us - previously we've walked to Shinjuku Stn, caught the Narita Express to the airport etc. This time we took the bus. It took only 1hr 15mins and was door to door. The journey can take longer depending on the time of day (traffic) and is advertised as being up to an hour. Our bus left at 6.50am - at that time and on that day we avoided the heavy traffic that was heading into the city. A positive experience overall at Keio Plaza. Continua a leggere

Very near Shinjuku train station,plenty of eateries and shops.Business room type are quite big for Japanese standard with very comfortable bed.

We have two big rooms for my family. Internet, TV ...the facilities is good.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from major sights and train stations. The staff spoke intelligible English and were polite. The room was overall clean and spacious by Japanese standard but the choice of TV channels was limited. Also, the lobby for our wing of the hotel looked a bit like the 80's because of the dim hotel lighting and decor.

The room I stayed was bit old, but maintenance condition was good.

The hotel is located close to the Shinjuku Station. Very convenient and food is easily available. Walking distance to shopping malls. Complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland from hotel.

Stayed in Plaza Premium room. Keio Plaza is very conveniently located in Shinjuku. Walking distance to a huge JR station and multiple subway stations which allow you to go virtually everywhere in Tokyo easily. Also a short walk to a number of department stores and local amenities. Apart from slight wear and tear, the room was very nice and big by Tokyo […] standard. Comfortable bed with air purifier, electronically controlled blind and toilet seat, free wired internet. Only drawback was weak mobile signal in my room, which means I could not use my own mobile wifi device. My room rate did not include breakfast and the hotel breakfast was very expensive (around 2500-3000 yen), but it doesn't matter given by the large number of food outlets nearby. Overall I will recommend this hotel, and the extra money for the Plaza Premium floor is certainly worth it. Continua a leggere

Relatively convenient location. Direct Airport Limo stop. Lobby looks dated but renovated rooms were good and very comfortable. Staff doesn't speak excellent English, so patient when having to explain anything complicated, which you need their help to resolve.

Stayed at the premier room, spacious, clean and seems like newly renovated. It is about 10 minutes work from the subway though. Highly recommended by Hotels.com customer service and it turns out to worth every penny. Big thanks to Hotels.com's customer service.

We got a great deal on this hotel, but we were still worried that it would be very small as people had suggested Japanese hotels typically are. However, I thought it spacious and similar in size to any hotel of high calibre throughout the world. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The location was great. The nearest subway […] entrance was less than 100m and then you were linked to everything. Biz Plus Comfort was a modern and very cosy room with stunning views of the city skyline. Room wasn't as big as we had imagined based on the photos on the website but was still spacious enough. Came with Nespresso coffee machine and an air purifier in the room. Big flatscreen TV and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and huge lobby. […] Airport Limo Bus brings you to the hotel and takes approx 45 mins. Hotel is also a pick up place for the local Sunrise tour. 5 mins walk to rows and rows of good eateries, convenience stores and the Shinjuku station. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is very near to the Shinjuku station (about 3-5 min walk). There are many restaurants and convenient stores in the vicinity. There is even one convenient store in the basement level (but that closes at 2:30 am) The room is clean and comes with amenities like toothbrush, shower gel, facial wash and even a pot for boiling water. Main building is better and newer than south wing. I stayed for 5 nights, but Keio doesn't provide south wing for me, I was disappointed for the arrangement.

WELL LOCATED CLOSE TO MALLS STORES EASY ACCESS TO SUBWAY

Shinjuku was not the best location for bus day trips as it takes more than two hours to return to your hotel from the city. Arrived 2 hours after the time listed in the tour brochure. More convenient hotels for half and full day trips around Tokyo were nearer to JR tokyo Railway station. Hotel was spacious

centrally located, & comfortable stay

We were lucky to be on the renovated wing of the hotel. Hence, room was new and nice. Only complaint was the slow wifi access. Room came with wifi but it was too slow to load anything properly. i stayed in another hotel in shinjuku too, but found Keio Plaza Hotel is still the best in terms of everything! The staffs are so helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean and new, even though we stayed in the south tower (old rooms) in the first few days, we then got upgraded to the new room in the main tower, there are not much difference […] in everything except for the design! Old design is very well maintained. We were so impressed of everything especially the room size, they offer extra large rooms for standard use. Price is reasonable too! We'll definitely stay again! Stayed 3 nights at the Main Tower this time. Had earlier stayed 2 nights at the South Tower prior to our trip to Hakone before returning to the hotel. This room was much bigger and spacious than the earlier room in the South Tower. It had an addtional dressing table and closet area. But this room and bathroom appeared less well maintained (not sure […] if the main building was older) and the view from this room was not as great (different facing). Stayed 2 nights at the South Tower. Excellent stay. Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Several convenience stores nearby and 1 in the hotel itself. There is also a underground walkway to the hotel - good especially when you want to avoid the rain or cold outside. Room rate was higher than some other hotels nearby […] but the room was larger and more spacious and had a great view. Room looked new too. Front desk staff were very courteous and spoke English. Hotel also had free storage of our luggages when we went on a 2-day trip to Hakone before returning to the hotel. Think perfect hotel if not for the lack (or perceived lack) of security. The hotel had several business functions on those 2 days and the lobby was packed with people. Everyone and anyone could take the lift up to the hotel rooms. Overall, still a great hotel. We have a very comfortable stay in the Hotel Keio Plaza in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The location in perfect, just a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station with links to all of Tokyo. Room was very comfortable and great sleep quality (comfortable bed and great sound proofing). The location & services provided by the hotel was great. Airport Limo, shuttle bus to Disneyland, internet service etc. However would like to have tighter security to public accessing to the hotel lift. As I was in a lift full of girls in school uniform. Location is perfect. I stayed som 10hotels in Tokyo Keio plaza in Shinjuku is the best, close to station, many restaurant, post office, banks all shops.

If you stay in this hotel, select a Premier room which has been renovated. The Premier guests have separate check-in office where there are no queues. Occitane products are used in the bathroom. I will come back to this hotel as service is impeccable.

This was our third time to stay in Keio Plaza. We always like this hotel. It is very close to Shinjuku station, and there are so many restaurants nearby. Only complaint I have is that the carpet could be a little bit cleaner.

The hotel is not central to Tokyo but is more convenient via subway/train to west side attractions. Including shopping, sight seeing and restaurants.

Wonderful hotel staff, Bell and Front Desk. Thank you

If you want to stay in Tokyo for Vacation & Business You must see and select this Hotel very very convenient for going around Tokyo , have a Air port Bus to stop at hotel , have a bus for go to Disney Land ( Free of charge )

We enjoyed our stay in the Keio Plaza hotel. The hotel was very convenient to Shinjuku railway station and shopping. The only thing they could improve on is the local knowledge of all of their concierges, one of whom did not how to get to Tokyo bay & sent us on a wild goose chase wasting a day.

I cannot thank the staff enough for our wonderful stay. Very helpful and efficient, the rooms were an excellent size, more like a western size room than an asian one. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcomed. We were traveling with our 19 month old son and this hotel and location was ideal. We stayed here for 5 nights and we love it! 1. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku train station, which the hub for several train lines. PLUS covered walkway very handy when it rains. Note: the station can be confusing with so many exits and the station has 2 levels, so take note on which level you are. 2. Walking distance to at least 4 […] big shopping malls (Lumine 1 n 2, Odakyu, Takashimaya, Isetan, Keio), lots of restaurants and small shops. PLUS they close quite late around 10-11 PM unlike some areas (Eg Omotesando, Harajuku) close at 8 PM (we're there during weekdays so not sure about weekend). 3. The Airport Limo bus drop off and pick up from this hotel 4. Disney shuttle (free for hotel guests) service. 5. Major tours (we booked Sunrise tour to mt Fuji) also pick up and drop off at the hotel front door 6. Next to Government metropolitan building, where u can have a nice view of tokyo for free 7. Spacious room! unlike most hotel in Tokyo. We stayed in main building which has been renovated. We booked deluxe room (about 33-36m2) and we were upgraded to the premier floor. 8. Very clean, staff are helpful and very polite. The only thing is that they have 0 tolerance for late check out, they will charge for late check out (a few thousands per 2 hour) But over all WE ARE SATISFIED! surely we'll be back here again.
