Ottimo Inglese, ottima colazione a buffet.

Very enjoyable stay. Takes good care of our luggage to load for the airport shuttle. Will stay again.
"It was just too great staying in Keio Plaza Hotel!"
i stayed in another hotel in shinjuku too, but found Keio Plaza Hotel is still the best in terms of everything! The staffs are so helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean and new, even though we stayed in the south tower (old rooms) in the first few days, we then got upgraded to the new room in the main tower, there are not much difference […] in everything except for the design! Old design is very well maintained. We were so impressed of everything especially the room size, they offer extra large rooms for standard use. Price is reasonable too! We'll definitely stay again! "Great Stay at Keio Plaza"
Stayed 3 nights at the Main Tower this time. Had earlier stayed 2 nights at the South Tower prior to our trip to Hakone before returning to the hotel. This room was much bigger and spacious than the earlier room in the South Tower. It had an addtional dressing table and closet area. But this room and bathroom appeared less well maintained (not sure […] if the main building was older) and the view from this room was not as great (different facing). But overall, still a great stay. Continua a leggere
"Excellent Stay at Keio Plaza"
Stayed 2 nights at the South Tower. Excellent stay. Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Several convenience stores nearby and 1 in the hotel itself. There is also a underground walkway to the hotel - good especially when you want to avoid the rain or cold outside. Room rate was higher than some other hotels nearby […] but the room was larger and more spacious and had a great view. Room looked new too. Front desk staff were very courteous and spoke English. Hotel also had free storage of our luggages when we went on a 2-day trip to Hakone before returning to the hotel. Think perfect hotel if not for the lack (or perceived lack) of security. The hotel had several business functions on those 2 days and the lobby was packed with people. Everyone and anyone could take the lift up to the hotel rooms. Overall, still a great hotel. "Hotel Keio Plaza Tokyo - great location"
We have a very comfortable stay in the Hotel Keio Plaza in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The location in perfect, just a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station with links to all of Tokyo. Room was very comfortable and great sleep quality (comfortable bed and great sound proofing). Hotel is facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Offices, offering the best free views […] over Tokyo and Mount Fuji on a clear day. Continua a leggere
"Keio Plaza - excellent service"
The location & services provided by the hotel was great. Airport Limo, shuttle bus to Disneyland, internet service etc. However would like to have tighter security to public accessing to the hotel lift. As I was in a lift full of girls in school uniform. They are rather noisy & searching for which floor. It caused some inconvenience to the house gu […] ests. Continua a leggere
Location is perfect. I stayed som 10hotels in Tokyo Keio plaza in Shinjuku is the best, close to station, many restaurant, post office, banks all shops.
"The Keio Plaza Hotel"
If you stay in this hotel, select a Premier room which has been renovated. The Premier guests have separate check-in office where there are no queues. Occitane products are used in the bathroom. I will come back to this hotel as service is impeccable.
"Nice place to stay"
This was our third time to stay in Keio Plaza. We always like this hotel. It is very close to Shinjuku station, and there are so many restaurants nearby. Only complaint I have is that the carpet could be a little bit cleaner.

"Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku Tokyo Japan- Convenient"
The hotel is not central to Tokyo but is more convenient via subway/train to west side attractions. Including shopping, sight seeing and restaurants.
"Very Good Service"
Wonderful hotel staff, Bell and Front Desk. Thank you
"keio plaza hotel"
1) service is fine 2) standard room is rather small 3) deluxe room is big and comfortable 4) has a convenience store downstairs 5) hotel cleanliness is good 6) situated near the train station. 7) wireless internet connection is only restricted in the room Overall, it is still worth the stay.

If you want to stay in Tokyo for Vacation & Business You must see and select this Hotel very very convenient for going around Tokyo , have a Air port Bus to stop at hotel , have a bus for go to Disney Land ( Free of charge )
"Keio Plaza Tokyo"
We enjoyed our stay in the Keio Plaza hotel. The hotel was very convenient to Shinjuku railway station and shopping. The only thing they could improve on is the local knowledge of all of their concierges, one of whom did not how to get to Tokyo bay & sent us on a wild goose chase wasting a day.
"Perfect Vacation and Hotel!"
I cannot thank the staff enough for our wonderful stay. Very helpful and efficient, the rooms were an excellent size, more like a western size room than an asian one. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcomed. We were traveling with our 19 month old son and this hotel and location was ideal. When we go back to Tokyo this will be our […] hotel of choice! Continua a leggere
"Keio Plaza Tokyo - Shinjuku"
We stayed here for 5 nights and we love it! 1. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku train station, which the hub for several train lines. PLUS covered walkway very handy when it rains. Note: the station can be confusing with so many exits and the station has 2 levels, so take note on which level you are. 2. Walking distance to at least 4 […] big shopping malls (Lumine 1 n 2, Odakyu, Takashimaya, Isetan, Keio), lots of restaurants and small shops. PLUS they close quite late around 10-11 PM unlike some areas (Eg Omotesando, Harajuku) close at 8 PM (we're there during weekdays so not sure about weekend). 3. The Airport Limo bus drop off and pick up from this hotel 4. Disney shuttle (free for hotel guests) service. 5. Major tours (we booked Sunrise tour to mt Fuji) also pick up and drop off at the hotel front door 6. Next to Government metropolitan building, where u can have a nice view of tokyo for free 7. Spacious room! unlike most hotel in Tokyo. We stayed in main building which has been renovated. We booked deluxe room (about 33-36m2) and we were upgraded to the premier floor. 8. Very clean, staff are helpful and very polite. The only thing is that they have 0 tolerance for late check out, they will charge for late check out (a few thousands per 2 hour) But over all WE ARE SATISFIED! surely we'll be back here again. "Keio Plaza-spacious & comfortable"
We stayed at the Keio Plaza for 5 nights in September. The rooms were very spacious-which is good when it's more than just an overnight stay. The furnishings are getting a bit old and could do with an update, but it's very comfortable & clean. Great location & very helpful staff. I would definately recommend this hotel.
"Keio Plaza Shinjuku Tokyo- handy, huge and helpful"
My son and I stayed here after several days in other parts of Japan, and arrived by JR Train. It was easy to follow the directions the hotel provided, check-in was a breeze, they responded to requests for help and information (and provided free wifi upon request in our room). The Japanese touches like the night-shirt, yukata and fluffy robes and full […] set of bathroom accessories were most welcome. And so many restaurants to choose from - plus airport limousine when we left. Terrific. Continua a leggere
10 to 15 walk from Shinjuku station west. We stayed at the south tower for 5 nights in Oct 2011. Large & clean room. There is a mini supermarket at B1. Recommended.

"Keio Plaza Tokyo Shinjuku"
Overall an excellent hotel with accessibility to most landmarks. Good enough restaurants around hotel. Hotel restaurants are decent enough with reasonable prices after 40% discount on selected restaurants. However, it is a pity that the bar / lounge on top floor are empty as they have a beautiful skyline. I hope Keio Plaza will continue to roll out […] good room discounts. Continua a leggere
"Really needs to upgrade the fitness center"
First class hotel, third class gym.
"Business in Tokyo"
Hotels is great, include breakfast would be awesome.
"Decent hotel"
Nice hotel with very good location. Hotel service first class. My only complaint, stains on the carpet.
"Great hotel in all ways but. . . ."
I will stay there again. Lots of good things to say about it. Location is really convenient, great staff etc. My only complaint is that the fitness center is minimal. A hotel of this size really should do a lot more in providing new and varied equipment, free weights etc. And they closed the pool last week. It is still 90 degrees in Tokyo.

"2 hotels in one - one good - one dreadful"
I had difficulty ticking the above boxes as I had two experiences in Keio Plaza Hotel. On Check in late and prior to a very important business meeting the next day I was taken to Tower 2 of this gigantic hotel to a room on the 35th floor. I travel a great deal and know hotels well. The guy put down my back and simply - I could not breath. THe air was […] so stuffy or there was some kind of chemical that it prevented proper air flow. For a moment I wondered if i was having a panic attack but no, the air did not move and the air conditioning system seemed to limp out some cool hair. I called and asked for another room. Even waiting for the room boy to come, I felt uncomfortable and the idea of sleeping here was horrific. And of all places, Tokyo! I was then placed in a huge room but it had precisely the same problem. The corridors outside also seem to have no ventiliation. It is as if the whole air con system has been turned off. I called another hotel as I had to sleep for my meeting and the charges were astronimical. I went downstairs and spoke with Duty Manager who was superb and provided me a room in MAIN TOWER which is a completely different hotel. It is new, modern, spectacular air conditioning and you can breath. The hotel - both towers - is 40 years old and one tower is renovated and the other untouched. I would firmly recommend the hotel reburbish tower 2s ventilation and air conditioning system. As for Main Tower. Beautiful room, stunning views and lovely service throughout the whole hotel. "Wonderful stay at Keio Plaza"
We enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Keio Plaza. The area was very ideal, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Shinjuku station, many small Japanese restaurants, good restaurants on the top 2 or 3 floors of several department stores. There were several convenience stores in the vicinity including one in the hotel with prices no higher than what you […] pay outside. The room was clean and spacious. My only gripe is the lack of wifi and with the wired internet, only one person can use it at any time. Nevetheless, internet was complimentary so cannot complain. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel is because it is on the airport limo bus route and also the hotel provides a free shuttle to Disneyland and back. Continua a leggere

"Very happy"
We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the friendliness of the staff. The room was comfortable with good amenities. There was a bit of a walk (7 mins) to Shinjuku station. The bonus about this hotel was that the airport limousine stops outside.

"Keio Plaza Tokyo"
1) Overall stay is good. Stayed in the Premier Plaza room. Spacious and clean. 2) A short walk (abt 10 to 12 mins) to Shinjuku train station. 3) Hotel is surrounded by tall building. 4) Many restaurants within the hotels. 5) 12 hours discounted car parking fee (1,000yen) for hotel guests which is consider cheap in Tokyo.
"Keio Plaza Tokyo Shinjuku"
Was disappointed that despite my repeat request for Main Wing, they were only able to give us the non renovated South Wing. We had 5 rooms in all. The rooms were spacious but the interior does not gives the impression of the superior hotel. Location wise, not very convenient as it is quite a walk to the bustling Shinjuku station. But its plus point […] is that the Airport Limousine bus pick us direct from the hotel entrance. A relief since we had so many bags and cartoon boxes. Continua a leggere

"Keio Plaza in Shinjuku"
Very nice hotel with a convenient location that is walking distance to the major metro hub at Shinjuku station. I enjoyed the stay and appreciated the free high speed internet service.

"Keio Plaza in Tokyo"
I loved this hotel. The staff speak good English and very helpful. They have almost all the tourist information available. Regardless where you want to go, as soon as you ask them, they can get out a piece of paper with the clear instruction on how to get there in such a great detail. The room was in a fabulous condition, spacious, clean and comfortable. […] We stayed in the main tower which I believe was recently renovated. There is a south tower as well, probably not as good as the main tower. I don't know for sure though. The hotel itself is not far from the Shinjuku station, very convenitently located. We used the subway all thetime during our stay, and you can pretty much get to anywhere you want within Tokyo. There are lots restaurants in Shinjuku, a dining paradise. I would highly recommend this hotel. Continua a leggere
