hotel ok, anche se in manutenzione/rinnovo. ma del resto sul sito dell'hotel stesso c'era scritto. centrale, ristoranti e diners buoni a due passi, gentilissimi ed efficientissimi al desk. a due passi dalla metro (aeroporto/hotel due dollari) note negative: nonostante al 15° piano si sente bene il rumore della strada (lavori in corso, traffico, richiamo […] dei taxi). la piscina vede il sole solo alle ore 12 del 21 giugno in quanto è incassata fra grattacieli. My room had some messed up curtains when I checked in. When I reported it, the staff moved me to a much nicer room without me even asking. I was amazed with their willingness to make sure I was a satisfied guest!

This was my second time staying at the Hyatt and I love the hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortable. They have the best breakfast all around. If you can get a complimentary breakfast included in your stay, I highly encourage it. You have the choice of ordering from the menu or doing the buffet. I've always gone for he buffet and it's delicious. There […] is a good variety of items and the items are delicious. My one qualm with this stay was the valet pick up system. Last time we stayed we just retrieved our car from the same entryway that we dropped it off at. This time we were told to go down the elevator to the parking lobby. We encountered a long line when we did go down there. We'd already paid for parking at checkout but still had to wait just to get to the desk to turn in our ticket. Some people were actually paying at the desk which took longer as of course some people had a dispute about their bill. We checked out of the hotel at 12 Noon but didn't end up leaving til after one. The hotel was everything I expected and then some....Its great that I used the MARTA from the airport directly to Peachtree Station, which is connected to the lobby of the hotel....No need to step outdoors...Since it rained most of the weekend, this turned out great

No housekeeping service. Trash overflowing, called to inquire then had 2 towel deliveries but no other service. Very odd. Parking inconvenient & expensive & distant for self-parking, valet expensive as well (even for local market).

A little run down and in a pretty dingy part of town. Housekeeping came to my room both mornings and knocked while the privacy sign was on the door to ask if I was checking out that day and to try to make up the room--and that was at 8 am! Huh?!? No timer on the tv and pay for wifi. Will do better in ATL next time.

Accommodations are what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency, plus the excellent location makes this my go to hotel for Atlanta. Still not a fan of the $32 per night parking fee.

We were there for the Final Four. Hotel location was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We went with the Radius Tower and the room was pretty tiny but the price was right. Bar was happening and fun. Excellent stay!

Great location, great facilities. Room problems: incompletely furnished - made to make several calls to get things. We were given an handicapped room. Drapes were supposed to be worked with a remote control. No control in room. After an hour of calls and visits by 2 maintenance guys, we got the remote but it didn't work. drapes would not work without. […] They said they would fix, but despite several calls they never did. This was a great hotel. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. The MARTA was located beside the hotel in case you needed to use the services. Everyone greeted you as soon as you entered the building. The food was excellent and the room was so comfortable. I will stay here again.

Room was supposed to be for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, but King bed was only really big enough for 3 of us. We requested a day bed 3 times and were told each time that it would be sent up, but we never saw it. We finally gave up and my husband slept on the floor. For the cost of the hotel, it was not worth it because of the rude staff in multiple areas. 1) As I pulled into the parking garage, the valet attendant was rude and trying to rush me out of my car. I was wanted verbal confirmation that I would not be charged a separate charge if I removed my car from the garage the same evening to go to dinner. He quickly […] snapped at me with "Do you not understand what I am telling you!" I understood completely and was just wanted confirmation. 2) I went to check-in at 4:15 (check-in is at 4:00), and I was told that they had no double bed rooms. I had reserved two double beds at close to $160 and had my sister and brother-in-law with me, so obviously a king would not work. The offered a roll-a-way bed or I could get on a wait-list to see if something opened up. Two hours later, I received a call asking if there was a reason why I had requested the 10th floor....but, I never did. I had zero preference to which floor we were put on, and it became apparent that that is the excuse the front desk attendant had put next to my name on the wait list, which was not true. I simply wanted double beds. I was extremely frustrated because we waited two hours for an excuse that I never gave. Overall, I rate the hotel a C b/c of the staff. The hotel room itself was nice, but I was not happy with the disposition of the staff. I would expect better service from the Hyatt. Continua a leggere

Hotel was unable to provide the reserved room and stated that this was not a reservation, only a request...however, they moved us up to a larger room to try and accommodate. Hotel was immaculate! Room service is pricey, but fortunately it is located near numerous less expensive options.

We were not given the king room we booked. We stayed in radius tower, which has a tiny room and a full bed? The towels were cheep and hard, the bed was uncomfortable and there were not enough pillows. The restauant bar is ok, but I do not recommend the quesadillas.

There was a dirty spoon left in the room, hair all over the bathroom and ceiling tiles falling down in the bathroom. Rude and inconsiderate staff, as well as incompetent. Go rent a 2 star hotel room and you might get nicer staff and a cleaner room

Very pleasant stay in Georgia. Location of the hotel was central to many place in Atlanta; better than what I had expected. Rooms were very tidy and the conference centers were very accomodating. Definitely a place I would visit again for business or vacation.

The room was nice but a few maintenance items. Like the sink popup was not right so had to adjust it so the sink would drain. Also they use roomlink or something like that on the T.V. stuff and it keep locking up. We ordered a movie and that locked up half way though. It rebooted 2 times which let us restart the movie but to our dismay it started at […] the beginning. So tryed to fast forward, locked up, repeated process, locked up, and gave up. I worked at a hotel in the late 90's and we could play movies in rooms then so not sure why it is such a challenge now. Then we were suppose to have breakfast included and they tryed to charge us luckly I had the email from here to fix the problem because the woman at the front desk needed proof I was not lying. The shinning light was that the hotel resturant was great. We had a late desert and it was great but the breakfast while expense was a huge treat. I would stay there again but make sure I had my ducks in a row with the room rate and take a ipad or labtop with RCA connections to watch a movie with in the room. Ohh and the ipad we had with us would not work with the T.V. system either and we forgot our RCA adapter. Continua a leggere
