Posizione comodissima, a piedi si raggiunge la via proncipale e in poco tempo si ha tutto a portata di mano! Camere pulite enormi e ordinate!

I booked what was the smallest room at the River Hotel, that came at a very good price for Chicago's standards. Lean and straightforward hotel, fantastic location - free wifi and chilled water. It was small by american standards, but not for European or Japanese standards. Highly recommended hotel -

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci aspettavamo peggio,da tipico ostello e invece ci ha davvero stupiti! Noi,2 ragazzi di 21 e 25 anni a Chicago x divertimento x4giorni siamo super soddisfatti. a 5 minuti dalla metro centrale,staff veramente disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti,colazione sufficente (forse orario un pò troppo mattutino xki è in vacanza,fino alle 9e30..),pulizia buona,qualche pecca nella stanza come porta rumorosa al momento della chiusura e prese elettriche facili da raggiungere maggiormente dal letto inferiore del letto a castello. Ma in ogni caso soddisfatti al 100% , lo consiglierei ! Grazie

First class hotel. Staff are so nice, check-in and out was very easy indeed the room spacious and clean. Couldn't ask for anything more. Made our first time in Chicago a real pleasure, we will be back!

fabulous service, beautiful rooms, great views, only complaint is that the bed was not really great.l too soft. we prefer a harder mattress. the bathroom and the room size are fantastic and i really enjoyed the spa also.

We had two rooms at the Park Hyatt overlooking the Water Tower and Lake Michigan. It's the best location in Chicago. The Park Hyatt is classy, sophisticated, and luxurious. Dinner, lunch or breakfast in the cafes along Rush Street is only a few blocks away. Michigan Avenue shops are right across the street. We have stayed at the Park Hyatt several times and choose this hotel because of the warm and impeccable service of the staff; the comfort and lovely design of each room; and the fantastic location off of Chicago's Gold Coast. "Dissapointed 4 year old"
Nobody told us that the pool would be closed when we booked he room, and that was important to my 4-year old daughter. The lobby men's room was filthy! There was a mess in the toilet and it would not flush. It looked like it had been there for days.

We don't normally stay at 5 star hotels but it was a first trip to Chicago and we got a great deal because of the renovation. The hotel was easy to find and we chose to park in a garage accross the street for $29/night instead of the $44/night the hotel offerred. Staff was great every time we dealt with them. They checked us in early with no problem […] and even moved our room from a city view to lake view. They also accomidated a late check out. The room was just as displayed, the tub was huge and the ability to open the sliding door to watch the huge flat screen TV or enjoy the view was great. They even had candles near the tub. The double showerhead feature was nice. My only critiques of the room would be that the TV in the bathroom did not work and as silly as it is, for a 5 star hotel, I would have expected a little thicker toilet paper :) I really wanted to have a Sunday brunch but the resturaunt was under construction so we ordered the Park Breakfast to our room. It was beautifully displayed and more than generous! They did a nice job of making up for the renovation with the room service and the makeshift workout facility. They turned 4-5 rooms on the 3rd floor into cardio and weight rooms which was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt and would stay again if the price was right but honestly, I wouldn't pay the $300+/night that they normally charge. All in all though, GREAT stay! "Great Hotel, Great Location...But Nomi Was Closed"
Loved absolutely everything about our stay except the fact that Nomi, where we'd looked forward to having a pre-dinner drink, was closed. We expressed our disappointment, and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view and gave us a free bottle of wine. "Elegant, Understated and Relaxing"
I stay at this hotel whenever I need peace and quiet. The soaker tub is heaven, and the fact that you can watch TV while taking a bath is reason alone to stay here. The staff is quiet and helpful without being snooty, the in room dining is good, the location can't be beat. It's the nicest, quietest, plushest place to stay on Michigan Avenue.
