Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

ho preso questo albergo per via di un prezzo scontato ... così è stato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'insonorizzazione tra le stanze non è perfetta ... se quello a fianco russa, ti svegli. La camera è carina moderna nuovo arredamento come del resto tutto l'albergo.... solo un pò piccolo il bagno. Per il resto, colazione compresa tutto molto bene. Comunque lo suggerisco..

La stazione Centrale di Milano è monumentale, ricca di hall e sale in marmo, terrazze e pavimenti in mosaico. "Nice hotel but bad service"
The hotel is a very modern looking one. Bedrooms are clean but small. The downside of this is that the front desk receptionist is rude and snobbish. The way he talks is not suitable for hospitality business. He is very arrogant. i suggest that the management retrain their staff, a good service will definitely makeup for all other shortcomings of a hotel […] in terms of facilities or room size. "Superb Location / Helpful staff"
Staff were very nice & helpful with good English. Really modern Hotel with bright colours & ace moon lights in our room. Loved the electric operated wooden blinds which keep out 100% of the sunlight perfect if you wish for a lie in the following morning. The free Breakfast Buffet was refreshing & there is something for everyone on offer. Located close […] to the main Central Train Station (3-5 Minute walk). Supermarket (Billa) is just round the corner which is good if you need to stock up with food/drink in the Hotel room (Cheaper prices of course) Really clean Hotel & look so much better than many of the others than are close by. Would recommend & l will be returning back in the next year. If I had to mention some negatives then they would be that the showers are not powerful enough, the shower curtain sticks to you while trying to shower as it's too close to your body & l'm a slim person. There were road works going on but cannot really help that & put that down just to bad luck. Good value. Big clean room + spacious bathroom. Great breakfast spread! Good location being equally near to the train stations (Central, Lima & Venezia) and main streets. Will be very happy staying there again next time!

"70's style... High tech"
This place gives you the feeling of a high tech NYC loft with 70's bold colors. High ceilings, wood floors, great lighting, nice bath, fun mirrors and colors. Smallest elevator I've ever been in and I didn't care... If it had free Internet, it would have been perfect.

It had everything we needed with very helpful staff (although one front desk employee had a fairly pretentious attitude upon our arrival, you'll find that anywhere). Though not overly impressive, I wasn't let down by anything. Everything was super-clean, quiet and private. I could relax and and not worry about the usual worries associated with hotels of comparable prices. I was very much satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. The location is great - conveniently located within a short walk to the central station which has consistent trains to and from the airport. Though its a small hike to the main tourist attractions, it's not too far and is conveniently located near subways should you not feel like walking. "Not good, not bad"
I stayed for two nights, and I didn't like it because the bathtub and bathcurtain were dirty, and the walls are paper thin (so you can hear everything). But to be fair, the room is clean, comfortable, has hardwood floors and they have a nice breakfast buffet, so if you plan to stay one night it should be fine. Hotel Mediolanum is close to all the must-see sights. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing which was quite annoying is that they don't have an iron in the room and in the entire hotel as well! The houskeeping can iron for you but only during the week and it's a very expensive service!

This smallish hotel is convenient to the central train station, with a 5 minute walk. Very easy to find. Hotel itself is small, but very clean. It advertises itself as a modern hotel, based on their use of bright colours of paint on the walls and modern furniture in the reception area. This does not really add anything to your stay here. It is a basic […] hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough but, if your room overlooks the street, there is alot of noise, all through the night and early morning. The complementary breakfast was served in a small but pretty breakfast room. There was a good choice available for continental breakfast, but scrambled eggs was the only hot option. Still, there was more than enough to fill you up. The breakfast staff were polite rather than friendly, but that was not a bad thing. There are some restaurants nearby but you need to search for them. Overall, this hotel was fine for a short stay, clean and comfortable, but too much noise from the street to make it remarkable. "Very nice hotel but..."
I found the staff to be really rude. I asked for directions and he wouldn't show it to me on the map. The air conditioning system didn't work in my room so I asked for help. He told me that it doesn't work in this weather. I was confused about that because it was summer weather. but it seemed to work well in the common areas such as the lobby. "A nice boutique hotel"
A very nice boutique hotel. Rooms are pretty, comfortable and clean. About 10mins walk to the Milan Central Station and subways. Reception staff not exactly friendly or welcoming but it was OK as we have come to expect such service in Europe.

"Excellent hotel - clean & modern"
Excellent hotel! Upon checking in, we sat in the lounge/lobby area to await check in. The lounge is very modern, comfortable & very clean with lots of art deco’s and cool cushions. Our bedroom was excellent, everything looked immaculate & brand new, and we loved the bright vibrant colours of the room! What impressed us most with our room were the mood […] lights! There are 3 colours switches, but changes to about 7 different colours when you mix them up! They completely change the atmosphere in the room, and we had fun playing with the colours. The staff were polite and helpful. The continental breakfast is served daily and has a good selection. The hotel is located near the central train station (5 mins walk) which is handy for those who use coach transfers from the airports. This meant we could check-out early on the final day, leave the luggage at the hotel (they were locked away in a room), do some final touring of Milan, pick up our luggage and walk across the road to the central train station where our coach left from. We also took the metro from central station to the duomo, just a few stops, where everything is in walking distance from there onwards. there is a supermarket near the hotel, and very handy for a quick food-souvenir trip! Nettes, freundliches Personal. Grosse Frühstücksauswahl. Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit Metro vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Gute Pizzas gleich an der Ecke.

Actually quite snorky staff, which wasn´t all helpful. Mostly left us to find out stuff for ourselves. Room was nothing special and the bathroom was open with glasswindows and glassdoor which was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was nice though. Not worth the money it costs and I wouldn´t say it should count as a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Renovierung Sollte laut Beschreibung 2010 erfolgt sein, aber da wurde vermutlich nur Laminat in den Zimmern verlegt. Mein Zimmer hatte einen muffigen Geruch.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Milano Central Station which is good if you travel by train or bus (and airport buses). Room faces a street with very little traffic and noice. Staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffe was alright. No free wifi and that is a bit disappointing since most hotels offer that for free nowadays. "Gute Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig"
Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich fulminant. Von Müesli, diversen Broten, Rührei, frische Früchte und Säfte es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zudem haben wir die zentrale Lage geschätzt, direkt beim Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Ett bra hotel, nära till tunnelbana/station med anslutningsbussar till flyget. Lite väl hårda sängar. Väldigt bra frukost med trevlig/servicevänlig personal

"Verwacht niets dan komt het wel goed"
Kijk niet te veel naar de beloften en 4 sterren status dan valt het niet tegen. Kamers zijn echt klein, douche is 60 x 60 cm en het bed is keihard. Maar als je na een lange dag Milaan er op gaat liggen slaapt het prima. Kamer is netjes en schoon, dicht bij het station. Ontbijt is super goed met krant (ittialiaans en doordeweeks liggen de hoogtepunten […] vertaald voor je klaar) In de kamer kan je spelen met licht (rood, geel, groen, blauw nog maar op) Dat maakt het nog een beetje vrolijk omdat het verder nogal een bedompt hok is. Straatkant was super rustig, kamer is goed donker te maken. Ik zou hem niet aanraden er zijn betere hotels als deze helemaal voor deze prijs. Continua a leggere

Hotel was ok although not so sure it lives up to being a 4 star. Some front desk personnel was almost self absorbed (cheeky), breakfast staff were very service minded. Breakfast was ok too. Location felt a bit dodgy although no incidents occurred.

Mooi trendy hotel, heel vriendelijk personeel, goeie service, proper! Het ontbijt was ook verzorgd en gevarieerd en meer dan voldoende. Prijs en kwaliteit stemmen goed overeen. Ideale ligging! op 5 minuten van tram en station. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Let wel op : dicht bij het hotel liggen 2 bars om s'avonds iets te eten en te drinken. De ene […] is oké en eerlijk maar de andere niet! Vermijd de bar Malmaison! Men rekent er 50% meer aan vanaf half elf 's avonds! Ze profiteren van de toeristen!
