Praga Madrid

posizione fantastica, fermata del bus davanti all'ingresso, con due fermate arrivi alla fermata della metro, in 10 minuti, al capolinea, arrivi a plaza mayor...camere enormi e confortevoli, colazione abbondante e varia, personale molto disponibile!!! Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel con trattamento di BB ed ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. L'hotel non è molto centrale ma con bus e metro si riesce a spostarsi con facilità. Il personale è abbastanza gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio!

l'hotel è perfetto, molto bello, accogliente e con un ottimo qualità prezzo. L'unico inconveniente è che è molto lontano dal centro vitale della città.C'è un bus che passa di fronte ma non è comodo come una metropolitana.Se non vi crea problemi percorrere ogni volta 40 minuti circa per arrivare a plaza major, va benissimo.ciaooo francesca, venezia

L'hotel è situato in una zona dalla quale con sufficiente facilità si raggiunge il centro di Madrid. E' ben organizzato e la colazione, adeguata, avviene in una bel salone con personale cortese ed efficiente. Abbiamo scelto una camera con affaccio su un grande cortile interno per evitare il rumore del traffico. Era molto silenziosa. Pulizia della camera […] e del bagno buona. Connessione wi-fi in camera compresa nella tariffa della camera. Basta chiedere le coordinate in reception. A mio parere non dovrebbe esserci bisogno di chiederle ma dovrebbero fornirle immediatamente con la consegna della chiave. Ma sono piccole cose. Continua a leggere

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed è inoltre vicinissimo alla fermata di un bus con cui arrivare alla Metropolitana ed anche ad attrazioni turistiche.

Hotel pulito con personale cortese alla reception, prezzi competitivi e rispecchianti la qualità, unica pecca un pò decentrato, ma comodo a tutti i mezzi di trasporto

Hotel comodo con la fermata dell'autobus n°23 che arriva a Plaza Mayor davanti l'ingresso,pulito,camere spaziose e ben arredate,bagni grandi ed in marmo ben forniti di asciugamani,pochi saponi ma comunque sufficienti.Posizione ottima a 700 mt dalla metro,di fronte al supermercato Lidl e vicino a ottimi Bar dove fare colazione(mega brioche + cappuccino […] very economy)di fronte al benzinaio.Personale mai visto quindi non esprimiamo giudizzi!Un po'lontano dall'aeroporto ma facilmente raggiungibile con la metro. Albergo molto grande che si fregia di 4 stelle ma che ne merita a malapena 3. Stanze con arredamenti vecchi. La prima stanza che ci hanno dato aveva il bagno pieno di capelli, poi ce l'hanno cambiata. Non insonorizzato.

Breakfast for 8 euro - execelent - best buy - and the hotel is close to bus and metro - and enjoy a walk along the river

The halls were very noisy because a lot of children were running in the halls. The location of the hotel was away from the center of town. The employees were very helpful.

tidy room and the breakfast buffet has really everything.Generally a good hotel near the center where you dont have to pay a fortune to stay.

We booked this hotel prior to a bus tour as that was more convenient. Its easy to catch the bus to the main sites but is a bit expensive to take a cab. There is a beautiful public park a block away on the river which grants you a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are small but clean.

#23 bus stops right in front of hotel and takes you the half-mile to the Metro station every five to seven minutes. Two good-sized grocery stores within twenty yards of the hotel for loading up on inexpensive bottled water and snacks. Didn't try the restaurant, but it had a lot of patrons in the evenings. Analog TV small and dated.

The hotel location is great unlike those in city center crowded and full of traffic. Transport is convinent, restaurands, supermarkets and cafe in the neighbourhood. The staff are helpful and professional. I would not hesistate to stay here again if I visit Madrid.

The hotel is in good condition and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also modern and clean. The neighborhood is full of locals, not tourist, which is nice, but also means it's a bit out of the way. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the metro and another 10 minute ride to Opera/Sol. We asked about direction to the staff but she was not really helpful and not friendly. Not all staff can speak english well...the hotel was full with group tours, so it was kind of crowded...

Hotel is clean with comfortable beds, although most rooms at lower rate are twin beds (good size and comfortable) but apparently not many double or queen size available. Hotel was clean, staff were professional. Buffet food was varied and adequate but nothing special. There was hot food and the buffet was included so can't really complain. Hotel is […] a couple of miles from the sights of the city and is not as close as implied, but there is a bus #23 that goes to and from the Madrid center and from there everything is probably within a mile walking distance. This hotel was an average hotel. They were accommodating to move us to another room when they put us in a room with a double bed when we booked a king sized. They did tell us that the hotel was next to the Atocha train station when I emailed and asked how to get there but really it took two different metro lines and a 10 minute walk to the hotel. There […] is a bus though that runs right from in front of the hotel right to the downtown main square so that made it pretty convenient to get around and we mainly just stuck to the bus route. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Staff were excellent, always helpful. Room was on the upper side of adequate for a city stay. About 7 min walk to Madrid's excellent Metro. Excellent value for money. You got what you paid for.

Hotel is clean and tidy, but the staff are moody. They don't help you unless you ask them otherwise hotel is in a convenient place, metro is 10 miniutes walk from hotel and bus stop is just opposite also can always get taxi outside the hotel. we enjoyed the stay especially my children from harrow, uk

Had a nice stay here and it helped that friends were staying here too. It was far from museums and main Plazas, and the metro nearby was under construction at the time we were there. We had to use the bus more than we wanted. Carlos and one of the young ladies spoke English and were very helpful with directions, etc. Breakfast was plentiful, and I do […] suggest that you book your room to include it. Although this has nothing to do with the hotel, be careful of cabbies trying to rip you off. We had one taking us from here to Puerto Del Sol, but got pulled over because he indicated he had more passengers than the two of us. We figured he was building up the fare when he started driving this roundabout way through all these side roads. It was probably that and the fact he didn't want to get caught. We ended up getting a free ride after the police surrounded him. I used two other cabs without any problems, so just be aware, or take the metro if you can. Continua a leggere

Lots of hot water, decent location, Metro stop within a reasonable distance (although closed temporarily for repair), some street noise ... not hotel´s fault. Fine hotel for the price.

A good place for a short time stay. If you have a car do not leave it on the street take Hotel parking

Hotel staff are not nice (a bit rude and not helpful. English not good) but the hotel itself is good in terms of the cleaniness and location. The beds are good. My friend and I have a good sleep!!

Nice to have near the Vicente Calderon stadium and excelent metro connections for all major Madrid tourist attractions. I would recommend it to anyone.

For the price a very good hotel to stay.

The hotel itself is not too bad as it it clean and in good condition. However, have to say that I have stayed in 3 star hotels that have had better facilities and service than this one. The staff were really cold and unfriendly when we were checking in. My 2 friends and I were surprised when we were just handed our key cards without any confirmation […] from the reception staff of which floor or room were were in. Maybe it was a language barrier, but I've been to 3 star hotels in North African countries where they at least try to tell you your room number and how to get there. The distance of the hotel from the city centre is not too bad, as you can walk there in 15-20 minutes or take the metro. The other plus is that there are cafes, fast food shops and grocers along the same road as the hotel. But be warned, you may also spot some other not so welcome sights. Continua a leggere

I was very pleased with our room and it was a great location to visit many of Madrid"s museums and parks.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable about the community and it's surroundings and most of the hotel staff spoke english . This is my second time using this Hotel and I would use it again,I highly recommend Hotel Praga in Madrid.

Very nice hotel, english speaking is not so good. very near to bus station and also to Metro station many food shops are around like Burger King, Dominos Pizza, Mc Donalds, and turkish restaurant. Very Near to City center it is only three bus stations.

Great Hotel, Nice staff, well located (only 5 mins by taxi to La Latina (€6 fare). Rooms are comfortable and modern. All in all a good experience there and would not hesitate to reccomend this as a place to stay during a visit to Madrid

Nice, clean, comfy bed, good temp. Farther from downtown than I thought but bus stop outside. Walls arre a little thin.

A nice older hotel - quite large. Room was large, clean and comfortable & staff were friendly and well prepared to answer questions. Quite a walk to the nearest Metro station and a long stroll to the touristy part of town - If you don't have a car and are there to see Madrid, bring good walking shoes. Food was OK, but not what I suspected. They seem […] to make most of their money from bus tour groups. Over all I would stay again. Praga was everything we could wish for. The people were marvelous and kind, including the people in the cafeteria. The hotel breakfast was very convenient and inexpensive compared to others outside the hotel The neighborhood was so packed with restaurants, stationeries, discount stores. Everything you would want a hotel to be. The only problem was the […] housekeeping. In our 4 night stays, the glasses were never changed. Some traces of my kid's lips were still there, showing that the glass might have just been shook only with water. Location could be better. Metro was a fantastic way of travelling in Madrid and yet, Praga was about 15 minutes walk. It is not good when we already walked so much and tired. Continua a leggere
