Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 dic 2012Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo nel mio viaggio attraverso gli states e sono stata colpita piacevolmente dalla cortesia del personale in reception e dalla camera silenziosa, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo direi! E nei dintorni abbiamo pure trovato un tipico locale texano dove abbiamo mangiato a meraviglia!

"Good hotel, annoying night guy"
I was only staying in the hotel for about 7 hours, which was my planning, but when I called the hotel to let them know I had landed and needed a shuttle, the front desk guy said he couldn't find the driver. Then he told me that my reservation was for Friday, and I was 2 days late. I said, well, nope, I'm here now, and prepaid the room. He said that […] he would see if he could transfer my reservation. After taking a $24 cab ride to the hotel, he still said that I booked it wrong, so I showed him my confirmation email that showed that I was there at the right time. He said, well sorry. He still got me in the room and I didn't have to repay, but he seemed a little annoyed with me, even though I was clearly right. I'm not sure who dropped the ball, the hotel, or Expedia, but, at 1:00am, after a very long day of traveling, I didn't like putting up with this. This wa my first time staying at a Sheraton,& i have to say i wasn't impressed. The bed was comfy but other than that not much to brag about. "Overpriced and disappointing"

This airport was very convenient to airport for the meeting I attended, but there are no amenities at this hotel. I was surprised as it is a Sheraton; I arrived day before as mtg started so early, thought, ok, I wil just do a spa day - surprise there is no spa and there is no beauty salon. The pool is outside. "Everything was just perfect"
Arrived at DFW in the evening after a 31hour transit from Australia, seamlessly caught the free shuttle to the hotel and had a nice late dinner there at the hotel restaurant. Great stay and accomodations, especially to catch an early flight. The shuttle starts service at 4 AM and the driver was very friendly for the short trip to the Delta gate. First time I have stayed at this hotel, was there 3 nights, I found it very satisfactory. The air conditioning was quite at that is very important to me. The Starbucks in the room is a great idea! King size bed was very comfortable. Wireless access in the room is also a plus; some Sheratons do not have this option. "They forgot my wake up call"
