Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici.

Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

"un hotel per tutte le stagioni"
molto confortevole e vicino ai maggiori luoghi di interesse. una galleria di negozi all'interno dell'hotel e un centro commerciale a pochi passi rendono lo shopping più facile. anche la metropolitana o la stazione ferroviaria sono comodi da raggiungere. il personale molto cordiale e il buffet della colazione ottimo. "close to everything and great staff"
The front desk staff person - Brian ? who usually works mornings was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make a special weekend with my sister even more special - his extra efforts really made the Sheraton stand out in my mind, now and years to come.
"Great location, poor service"
The hotel was located in the center of everything but some of the worst service I have ever received. Ordered room service. Chicken wings were missing sauce, blue cheese, celery and carrots. Calamari was missing dipping sauce and was cold. The food was replaced but no compensation. Asked house keeping for a sewing kit, called 3 times before delivered […] and was told it was a busy night. the stay was great. no real issues except that we were shocked to get our breakfast bill and it was $100 for two buffets and two a la carte breakfasts. i have stayed in lots of hotels and had lots of buffets but none that was so expensive. the next morning we walked to the sunset grill which was excellent and a fraction of the cost.

i got a great price and the location and hotel overall was great. The only issue i had was with breakfast, my 14 year old son and his friend had the buffet. my husband and i picked from the menu. the bill was close to $100! the buffet was $30 per person, you could have ordered whatever you wanted from the menu for that price. i was shocked. the next […] day we went to the sunset grill at yonge and Richmond , it was great and i would recommend it to everyone instead of eating breakfast at the hotel. i definitely feel like i was gouged. Everything except the pool area was well maintained. The upgrades underway in the hotel should include the pool. It is one of the best hotel pools in the city, but it has been run down and not monitored. note: The change rooms require a long walk down the hall to the pool area. Change rooms have been upgraded, but all lockers were privately locked and […] there is very little room for guests to change and leave clothing. "Sheratin University Street downtown Toronto"
An unexpected warm climate for March contributed to an uncomfortably warm room. Adjusting the thermostat did not improve the temperature. All else was great

Wireless Internet was so expensive that I preferred to don't use Internet. Over all was a good experience.

"Sheraton Downtown Toronto"
Food was overpriced,dishes and cutlery were not clean.There were fruit flies in the brunch fruit plate. The carpets need to be replaced in the hallways
"Quality accomodations - centrally located"
This large hotel is right in the centre of everyplace you would want to go in downtown Toronto and is connected directly to the underground walkway an shopping system under the street level of Toronto. Very nice stay and the view from the 43rd floor is great.

Good location and comfortable beds. Bar in lobby area was under renovation and therefore closed. Make sure you ask for a room away from the elevators. Excellent Service checking in.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Centre Hotel. We were within walking distance to Massey Hall where we went to a concert, Nathan Phillips Square, the Eaton Centre and some great restaurants. The price was reasonable considering the location and convenience of the area. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. "Going to the Opera"
Stayed here to go to the Canadian Opera Company. The hotel is a 2 minute walk (max) from the COC. Convenient to all the sights including the Eaton Center, where you can buy $8 chocolate covered strawberries, as well as lots of great restaurants. Just came down for the weekend and was very pleased with the rate and the hotel. Ideal.

"Great stay at the Sheraton"
i showed up to the check in desk and was greatly greeted with a friendly employee. only took a few minutes to take care of the check in. i got a great view of the city, mainly facing north towards city hall, the room was toasty, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay for when in the city :)

Very nice hotel close to downtown Toronto and it's attractions...some amenities are not the best, hot tub not great, pool is indoor/outdoor at the same time. Very comfortable beds. "Downtown Toronto Sheraton on Queen St. E."
Excellent location in city. Nice view from hotel room of surrounding downtown cityscape and of indoor/outdoor pool which was very inviting. Unfortunately not able to take advantage of the pool, but room was very comfortable, at a good price. Lobby was very well designed with wireless access.

"Strange service"
They seem to have some staff shortages, as all the time there was nobody at the bell services and huge lines to the reception and concierge.
it was a wonderful stay except that the security knocked on our door to tell us that there was a complain from the people on the hotel room beside us about noise coming from us. In fact they are the ones who were so noisy because they are having a party. The security should have observe and investigate first before deciding to warn us that should they […] complain again we will be force to leave. It seems that whoever complain first will be the one they will listen to. I hope they do it better the next time. Otherwise, it won't be fair if it's how you manage to address the situation. I had to spend the night in Toronto for Pre-op examinations prior to open heart surgery. I asked only that our room be close to an elevator as I am unable to walk any distance due to my condition. Upon arrival I checked in with a charming polite and informative female employee. Without a word she upgraded us to a handicap friendly room right by an elevator. […] What a different reception than at other hotels I recently stayed at in Toronto. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view. I wish I could have seen more but was unable to leave the room until early morning in order to attend the hospital. Eventually I will see the remainder of the hotel and experience what it has to offer as I will definitely be returning once I am up and about. Continua a leggere
