Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

L'università di Miami confina con South Miami, un quartiere con numerosi edifici residenziali costruiti negli anni '20 in stile mediterraneo. La zona è interessante anche dal punto di vista archeologico. Il parco Deering Estate at Cutler custodisce tracce di attività umana risalenti a 10.000 anni fa e un luogo di sepoltura dei nativi americani del XVII secolo. Nelle vicinanze, oltre 400 primati scorrazzano liberi nella Monkey Jungle, una famosa attrazione della zona.

"Great location"
Front desk was very helpful. Close to everything for food, business, etc. Room was large and clean. Only complaint was a group making noise by the pool until 1am and my room happened to be right above it. Hotel took care of the problem but took a while.

Stayed here after my cruise. Taxi fee was stiff, but hotel was great. Loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel has all the amenities others mention, but b'fast was very basic. Instead of well-made omelets or scrambled eggs, there were pre-molded egg patties... just nothing special or very tasty. Also, the bathtub was very slow to drain and did not look clean.

"Don't stay"
The pool is shaded by 3:30......... The adjoining restaurant service is poor and the suggested 25% service charge is too high. Just to open a bottle of wine they wanted an additional 25%............. The bells and buzzers from the lifts keep you awake - it really is loud. Our room overlooked the busy road and petrol station. Had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up on check in. Hallways smelled. Room was questionably clean. Bed was lumpy.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The complimentary (hot and cold items) breakfast was perfect for a fresh days start. If I have to visit this area again, I will most probably stay there again.

We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kendall East Miami and everything was wonderful and just as expected. The room was very large! The bathroom was really small, but other then that, it was great! Breakfast was all that we needed ( Eggs, bacon, bagels, waffels, toast, milk , juice and coffee). Holidaty Inn Express and Suites Kendall Miami was Excellent! The room is a suite that includes all that is needed and more...very clean and organized, had a refrigerator, kichen sink, small living room set, desk, flat screen tv, nice bathroom, and a very friendly and attentive service. "Howard Johnson Tropical Palms Kissimmee"
The first morning after check in I had no hot water available in the room. Another thing that happened to us was that when we return the evening of Wednesday, December 22 my room was blockaded and do not allow me to enter, the reason was a mistake. Then when I was ready to take bath,... I realize that there no towels in it, I called reception and explained […] the situation an required them to bring towels to me, we wait for over 15 minutes but the towels never arrived. "Modern & Clean"
Bed was extremly comfortablel, very clean, nicely decorated, will defenetly be back!!!!

The room was fine - quite nice actually, living room, bar sink, etc. I did get 2 double beds instead of a king bead, but I was too exhausted to 1) request another room or 2) care.

We stayed at the Holiday inn express in Kendall for one night and it was very very roomy.. we have 3 kids so we were expecting to have to bunk all 3 (all under 6 yrs old) on one bed but to our suprise there was a sofa bed in the room as well so we had plenty of sleeping space. the room overall was very modern and clean.

Bueno hotel, tipico de esta cadena, desayuno escaso y no bueno pero teniendo en cuenta el precio esta bien. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas.

Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr dicht an einer großen Kreuzung, Aber als Übernachtungshotel für 1-2 Nächte Top. Ein Einkaufszentrum liegt gegenüber, zu Fuß zum Abendessen gehen ist kein problem. Zum Flugplatz Miami ca. 20 min. Fahrzeit. Sehr leicht erreichen.

Hotel chico, pero bien ubicado, con mucho comercio cerca y un buen desayuno para ser express!!! faltan efectuar algunas reparaciones y mantenimeinto pero por lo demás fue una buena elección. Lo volveríamos a tomar.

"Hotel económico con muchas ventajas"
El hotel es cómodo y ofrece desayuno gratuito y estacionamiento sin cargo dentro de la tarifa. No está cerca de los principales puntos de atracción de Miami, pero esto se compensa con una tarifa muy atractiva. Lo veo muy recomendable para personas que se saben manejar bien en Miami y que no van a hacer playa como principal propósito. -

très bien confortable propre et d'un prix intéressant le personnel est serviable et aimable....dans un quartier calme mais il faut une voiture car Miami est grand !!!si l'on veut visiter on est un peu loin du centre à pied!!!nous sommes très satisfaits et reviendrions volontiers

O hotel é novo, aconchegante e bem cuidado. Os pontos negativos são a localização (muito longe do dowtown, das praias e dos shoppings) e o café da manhã (poucas opções, bem fraquinho pra falar a verdade).

"J'y retourne sans hesiter"
Hotel agreable. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse. La piscine est pratique pour une baignade rapide. Le petit dejeuner est a eviter. Il faut le prendre a proximité
