We arrived at Transatlantique at 5 am directly from the airport after a long day cause of our flight' delay. The staff was very kind and help us when we finally arrived and let us stay in our room whatever we wanted. The room was quite big and clean, decorated in maroccan style, only the bathroom was a little bit old. THis hotel is quiet and near to Casablanca centre and market.

"Sheraton- okay but wayyyy overpriced"
Very close to luxury hotel. Trying to be at least. Room service and restaurant really good but pricy. Room/carpet outdated but clean and nice. Looks like the order luxury hotel of the 1980s. Clean. Staff very friendly. Price for room very high.
"Lack of Touch"
Being Gold Member, was expecting little touch of gratitude, but instead I was not even in the SPG flooor, I have to remind them that, besides that It was just average room with SPA not working, bad experience altogether!!
"Sheraton - Casa Blanca Morroco"
We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to stay long only a day as we were in transit to another location. The staff there were very helpful and we felt safe there. I would recommend this hotel to others while visiting Casa Blanca.
"Great hotel, excellent service"
We only had a one night stay in this hotel but found the staff very helpful and respectful. We were given a lovely cup of mint tea as we waited to check in which I thought was a nice touch. Simple, but gave a very good first impression. Our air conditioning didn't appear to be working on arrival in our room so we mentioned at the reception desk as we […] were going out for a walk. Not only was it working perfectly when we got back but they phoned us in the room to make sure we were satisfied with it. We ordered some room service, which we rarely do, and were expecting small portions but we were very pleasantly surprised with everything we got. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location probably isn't the most picturesque but was convenient nonetheless. Continua a leggere

Overpriced. Food in restaurant of mediocre quality. Moroccan restaurant overly noisy and kitsch. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Fantastic hotel, near everything at walking distance, very secure, and the staff very professionel, thanks to the beautiful crew at th hotel!!!!! i recommend it!!!!!

"Great location, nice room, good value!"
This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It's location right in the center of the city, a block or so from the Medina and a nice long walk to the Grand Mosque and port. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the room was big, including a huge closet. Granted, it isn't the Ritz, but I would consider it 4-star quality for Morocco. Everything […] was clean, comfortable and safe. Not to mention, the room rate was a great value. I was able to take a taxi from the main train station (Casa Voyageur) to the hotel for 5 Euros. Also, they have a business center with free Internet. The staff was gracious and helpful, too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the traveler who just wants a centrally located, clean, safe and afforable place to stay while in Casablanca. Continua a leggere

"Extremely expensive"
We stayed in Hilton Madrid then flew to Sheraton Towers Casablanca. The cost of stay overal (food etc) was much higher in Sheraton. Level of service was not what you will expect after paying that much Hilton Madrid, however was a delight.

... angetroffen und dies von der Reception, Zimmer-maedchen, Restaurant Personal und Massage. Das Mittagsbuffet war immer ausgezeichnet ! Die Standard Abendmenues jedoch eintoenig, ohne Abwechslung.
"Bättre förr"
Hotellet börjar bli slitet, inte 100% rent och uppfyller inte krav för 5* längre, dåligt avlopp utrustning som förr fanns saknas exvskrivpapper, pennor , tofflor gratis vatten, badrock etc etc, bor inte där nästa gång, inte prisvärt även om priset såg bra ut...
Hotel un peu vieux , necessite un petit coup de jeunesse.

Las habitaciones eran muy buenas, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamamos 10 veces a los de mantenimiento pero no hicieron nada.

Typical Sheraton I would say, although the room is really a bit tired and needs renovation badly. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Ridiculous prices for minibar
