I would have given this place a 5, but we had to wait almost two hours to get our room. We were told that we would be called once our room was ready,... but no contacted us. They did let us leave our bags with the concierge, so that was helpful. An hour and forty-five minutes later, we returned to the front desk and the front desk staff said that our room was ready...fifteen minute ago. Aside from that, the room was great and the location was perfect for us. I would have preferred a room that was facing Westheimer Road, but the rear view was ok too.
