Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici.

Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.
Only in one night to go to the theatre. Enjoyed the stay. Not really very sound proof though. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.A lot of security when we came back in for the night. I would book it again though for location and price.

Stay and service was great. Bathroom shower was not cleaned well, clumps of hair and a used bar of soap was found.

What a wonderful time. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were minuits from everywhere, and had a wonderful time. I would go here again. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool.
It was very good clean and nice. But wow expensive to buy anything for dinner or lunch 22$ for a grilled cheese sandwiches I don't think so

"The Hilton Downtown Toronto - Great place to stay!"
The service was really quick...everything from ordering up a fridge to getting our car from the valet. The hotel is close to everything downtown as well so very convenient.

The room we got was spacious and clean and of course beautiful. Bathroom was stunning and large glass windows which gave the room a warm feel. View wasn't that great because theyre doing construction from where we stayed but overall definetely recommend this hotel and price was fairly reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful and classy hotel. Very clean and comfortable everyone is always nice. Beautiful view of Toronto and would recommend to anyone. Very fair prices and room size was exquisite!

We found Hilton Toronto perfect for our long weekend. Really friendly and helpful staff who were consistently on top of their game. The location is perfect between the entertainment district, shopping and transport though we had the pleasure of fine weather so walking worked for us. "My misplaced cell phone"
I left my cell behind in the hotel room when I was rushing to the airport. I found out about it after I was in the air. When I called the hotel security, they were able to secure it and send it back to me. I'm very grateful for that. The only disappointment was the shipping cost me $ 100.00. Why is it so expensive?

The service at the hotel reception desk is not satisfactory and professional. The receptionist who helped my check-in was somewhat rude and bureaucratic, the kind of service you cannot expect at a prestigious hotel.

I just got back from a conference in Toronto where I stayed at Hilton. The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly - I was welcomed several times. All my needs were met. Even the waiting staff at Tundra (their restaurant) was nice and efficient. My only complaint is that there should already be free wifi in this day and age. I spent 3 nights in the Hilton Hotel in Toronto. All I can say that it is a great Hotel, in a great location. I was very satisfied with everything except the internet service in the room, which was not free and a little confusing. But after complaining it was straightened out to my satisfaction.

The hotel was as expected very good. Food is great and reasonable in the Tundra restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and bus and rail service, you do not need a car when you visit this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Hilton on Richmond. Originally booked a king room and upon check in it was not a problem to have our room changed to 2 doubles. We were also able to check in early which allowed us to start our shopping early. This hotel is located only a few blocks from the Eatons Centre and many clubs for night time entertainment. We were slightly annoyed that WiFi was not included in the room rate but would not deter us from staying here again. Great location, great service, and clean. We were very happy with the hotel, though 2 little things to note that don't affect our ratings. 1. No whirlpool. Not very happy here. this was the first hotel I have stayed at in over 5 years where wi-fi was NOT included in the room fee. OK. Whatever. I will pay your fee because I have to do some work. What? What could have been a bad experience was corrected. We had an extremely loud party on our floor. When I reported the noise I was offered a move and then very shortly the hotel security dealt with the disturbance. The remainder stay at the Hilton was a good experience.
