  The hotel is in a perfect location, it is clean and all staff efficient. The only minor point the room for two was very very small, but this is clearly reflected in the price of the room. I would highly reccomend the hotel and shoulc we return to Tokyo we would definitely consider staying there again

  Albergo nel cuore del distretto circondato da boutique ma comunque con tutti i servizi necessari. Sono presenti a 100 metri 3 mini market dove comprare anche la colazione.

  Il quartiere è tranquillissimo, a parte 1mcdonald e 3 comodissimi supermarket aperti 24 ore non c e altro, ma è una posizione strategica x chi vuole girare tutta tokyo tornando in hotel solo x dormire. Metro comodissima, uscita 4 x il mc donald (250mt dall hotel) e uscite 9 x l hotel (100 metr) l ingresso principale dell hotel è perfettam davanti a un family mart! Hotel pulito, lo consiglio

  Ingresso Metro vicinissimo anche se poi a volte sotto si fanno un sacco di metri x raggiungere ll treno! Comunque comodo, soprattutto x chi vuole avere vita e decine di ristorantini a mezzo passo dall hotel! Comodissima la macchinetta x cambiare i soldi posta nella hall

  Stanze piccole, come consuetudine in Giappone. Buona pulizia.Colazione discreta. Ottima posizione, nel quartiere di shinjuku, a due passi dalla metro e dalla stazione di Shinjuku. In zona molti ristoranti, negozi, locali.

  I recently went to Tokyo for a work trip and stayed at the Sunroute Plaza for ten nights. The hotel could not be better located: a mere four minute walk to Shinjuku station and close to many amenities (supermarkets, department stores, restaurants). The neighborhood/hotel's location are excellent. On the other hand, the rooms are incredibly small, with no closet space, so if you're staying with someone (as in my case), you'd have to climb over suitcases to get from a side of the room to the other. The walls / carpets were a bit dirty and if you reserve a room make sure to ask to overlook the skyscrapers. The hotel is configured in a way so that rooms face in either of two directions: one, overlooking an office building which is really close to the hotel and cuts off the light (which makes the room seem even smaller and dingier). We were originally assigned this and asked for a change. The other view: looking over the skyscraper district (which is stunning, day and night). Despite the small size of the rooms, I would probably stay there again - considering the convenience of Shinjuku station and the Narita Express.
