The hotel is located in old downtown Trapani which is an area of twon where cars are banned and the streets are well lit and immaculate and the accommodations were excellent. We had to walk from the bus stop (we took the convenient and inexpensive bus from the airport to town) after calling the hotel to help determine the closes stop to the hotel the owner had taken the time to walk and meet us in order to help with the luggage. They actually have two hotels and she had taken the time to move us to the location closest to our needs for the next day and placed us in their hotel which is really large rooms for longer stays set up as apartments for no extra charge! The staff and owner where fluent in two languages Italian and English. She called ahead to a great Pizzeria and placed an order for us informing us that the restaurant is very busy and this will alleviate any waiting time since we had been traveling for more then 24 hours and our daughter being 6 yrs old was hungry and tired. She made us feel welcomed and cozy. She made arrangements for a car service to return us to the airport the following morning using TrapaniTours we had a 6AM departure time. The driver was excellent, the van brand new, Aldo was the name of the driver he spoke perfect English and we got on our plane with plenty of time, well rested, well taken care of.
